A. Following data is requested from the Home Organization:

  • eduPersonAffiliation
  • eduPersonTargetedID

B. Following data is gathered from the end user:

  • name
  • date of birth
  • home organization
  • email (optional)
Purpose of the processing of personal data The primary purpose of the processing is to verify the end user’s affiliation with the Home Organization to confirm eligibility for a Customer offer.
Third parties to whom personal data is disclosed

Personal Data may be disclosed to our Customers as part of our services and as consented to by the end user.

In the case where a third party is located in a country whose data protection laws are not as comprehensive as those of the countries within the European Union we take appropriate steps to ensure that transfers of personal data are still protected in line with European standards.
How to access, rectify and delete the personal data

End users may contact the Customer through whom they seek to verify their eligibility and/or affiliation. SheerID may assist with these activities through contact at [email protected].
