Grimes, a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in the B2B SaaS industry, brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to this role, where she will spearhead SheerID’s global revenue strategy.

As CRO, Grimes will lead SheerID’s global revenue teams, including marketing, sales, customer success, partnerships, and revenue strategy and operations. Her leadership will be pivotal in driving the company’s continued growth, ensuring that SheerID remains at the forefront of innovation for community verification.

The redefined CRO role reflects SheerID’s commitment to aligning its go-to-market (GTM) strategies across the entire customer lifecycle – from lead acquisition to retention and expansion. With this unified approach, SheerID aims to accelerate its growth in both new customer acquisition and annual recurring revenue (ARR) by focusing on helping customers overcome challenges as they drive community engagement and loyalty with their consumers.

Grimes joins SheerID after recent executive roles where she led consolidated revenue teams, including most recently at Searchspring, where she served as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer and at Ruby, where she was Chief Revenue Officer and successfully led the company’s growth through a successful acquisition. In addition to her roles at Searchspring and Ruby, Grimes has held several senior leadership positions at industry-leading companies such as Cheetah Digital, PowerReviews and Vibes. Her ability to drive growth through innovative marketing and sales strategies has earned her a reputation as a dynamic and forward-thinking leader.
