SHEERID IMPLEMENTATION PACKAGES

This chart sets forth the details of SheerID’s implementation programs, including the amount of implementation assistance to which the Customer shall have access (during the applicable implementation timeline) as a part of the purchased implementation package. The implementation timelines noted below shall commence upon the earlier of: (i) the date of the kickoff meeting between SheerID and the Customer; or (ii) two weeks from Order Form execution.  The Customer agrees to pay SheerID $250.00 per hour for any additional implementation assistance that is required to complete the Customer’s implementation (except to the extent that such a requirement is caused solely by SheerID’s acts, omissions, or delay).

For annual contracts, the implementation packages offered are as follows:

Customers that are not on annual plans will gain access to an onboarding consultation session with the option to purchase additional implementation assistance or marketing consulting hours.

*Custom programs require payment of an Annual Custom Program Maintenance fee. This service will provide the customer with an update to the latest version of SheerID’s product once per year, along with change requests executed by SheerID Professional Services.
